A schedule is a period of time that is assigned to process centers, workgroups and stock points. The schedule “period” provides the linkage provides the model with the available working time per week for each process center. Periods are always in terms of weeks since a week is consistent in its length whereas the lengths of months change throughout a year. 

To create a Schedule:

  1. Open the Data Entry Pane on the left side of the User Interface
  2. Select Schedules
  3. Select the + button
  4. Name the schedule and provide the number of working days per period and the number of working hours per day
  5. Select Create

To edit an existing Schedule:

  1. Double click the schedule or select the schedule and then select the pen button
  2. Edit the input fields and select close

To delete an existing Schedule:

  1. Select the schedule and then select the X button
